Both my wife and I had vehicles that got hit by hail pretty hard this year. I took my wife’s car in to another place first, it took nearly 6 weeks to complete - and the company was not responsive at all. I asked my neighbors for a recommendation to take my car somewhere else, and was referred to Universal Hail Solutions. From the first contact they blew me away. They were able to get my car in as fast as I could take it up there, and had the work completed in less than 2 weeks. They were very polite and professional, and kept me well informed all the way through. Highly recommended!

Customer service was great . I had my suv and a truck fixed there and I did not have to worry about anything at all. They took care of everything from a thru z. I would go back to them for all my repairs in the future and will send them anyone I know.

I can NOT say enough about this company. From the start, they have been professional, fast, efficient, friendly and most importantly, TRUSTWORTHY. They went ABOVE and BEYOND what most, if any company would do. They worked us in to ensure my daughter would have her car back before she left for college, when everyone else told us we were going to have to wait until November. Additionally, we lost the insurance check and they worked TIRELESSLY to get the car back to us on the SAME DAY the check went missing. They even brought it back detailed!! I never even had to leave my house!! ZERO inconveniences except for the ones WE caused! I have NEVER encountered a company that worked so hard to please a customer. Customer Service is SO important and they very clearly understand that. They have earned all of our future business and I will shout from the rooftop to anyone else who ever needs their service!! Awesome place and people. My equinox went from what looked to be beaten by a baseball bat due to the hail damage to looking brand new and beautiful again! These guys have been great, communication was great, and I will for sure use them if any needs in the future arise!
